Hey there! I'm a designer who codes based in Gateshead, in the North East of England. I've recently taken the plunge into the world of full-time business ownership!
Back in 2016, my co-founder Alex and I founded Medibuddy as a platform for medical students to rank their job preferences. Over time, it has evolved into something much greater, where we assist doctors at different stages in their careers to secure their desired jobs.
During my time at Capsule, I had the opportunity to work as the lead designer on various exciting projects such as revamping the calendar design, designing the Gmail and Outlook addons from the ground up, and most recently, Workflow Automation.
Capsule acquired Transpond in 2021, and I had the responsibility of leading the product design for the web app and designing the new logo for the brand. My focus was on giving the user interface a fresh new look and feel, as well as creating an awesome new AI Content Assistant for the product.
My first design job was at Ecommnet, a small agency located in the North East of England, where I gained valuable experience. I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing a mobile app for Scott Dunn to building and maintaining the Rough Guides website.
